The problem
Running structured general, podcast-style or recruitment interviews at scale required manual scheduling, live facilitation and transcript handling for every session.
Our approach
We built a platform where users choose an interview type, description, style and custom intro or outro. It conducts the interview live through the OpenAI Realtime API, handles transcription, meeting links and invitations, then delivers the transcript automatically.

Architecture
Next.js powers both the frontend and backend, keeping interview setup, invitations and post-session delivery in one application. The OpenAI Realtime API runs the live voice conversation and transcription, including recruitment sessions with multiple candidates and CVs.
